Due Diligence
Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations to assess the feasibility and viability of potential development sites.

Entitlement Management:

  • Reviewing property records, zoning regulations, land use restrictions, environmental reports, and other relevant documents to identify potential risksand constraints.
  • Analyzing market trends, demographic data, and competitive landscape to evaluate market demand and project feasibility.
